Repository for reproducing figures in manuscript.

Some general notes:- The notebook directory contains jupyter notebooks to reproduce the plots- "slga" is used synonymously for SpaceGA- The generated figures are stored in Figures- The finetuning directory is used to store data generated when finetuning (supplemental information)- The sl_mutatiions directory contains data from SpaceGA production screens where molecule pairs pre and post spacelight mutation and the fraction of molecules that are left after lead-like filtration have been logged.
