Regulatory interaction between the ZPBP2-ORMDL3/Zpbp2-Ormdl3 region and the circadian clock (RNA-seq at ZT10)

Purpose: Identifying the biological pathways affected by the deletion of the zona pellucida binding protein 2 in mouse lungs at different time points Method: RNA profiles of wild type C57BL6/J mice and Zpbp2 homozygous knock-out lungs were generated using next generation sequencing Illumina HiSeq4000 PE100 Lung RNA profiles of adult wild type and Zpbp2-/- mice at ZT10研究目的：明确不同时间点下，小鼠肺组织中透明带结合蛋白2（zona pellucida binding protein 2，ZPBP2）基因敲除所影响的生物学通路。实验方法：采用Illumina HiSeq4000 PE100平台的下一代测序技术，构建野生型C57BL6/J小鼠及Zpbp2纯合敲除小鼠的肺组织RNA谱；同时获取了成年野生型及Zpbp2-/-小鼠在ZT10时相的肺组织RNA谱。
