WOMEN'S RIGHTS AND SOCIAL PARTICIPATION IN MODERN SOCIETY: A LEGAL AND SOCIAL ANALYSIS

This article examines the legal and social aspects of women’s rights and participation in modern society. The study analyzes international legal standards, the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and current reforms aimed at ensuring gender equality. Particular attention is paid to women’s participation in political, economic, and social life, as well as existing challenges and legal mechanisms for their solution. The research is based on comparative legal analysis, international reports, and national legislation. The author proposes several recommendations to strengthen gender equality and improve the legal protection of women’s rights.
