Development and Characterization of Genomic Microsatellite Markers for two species of the genus Rhodoleia Champ. ex Hook. (Hamamediaceae)

Rhodoleia Champion ex Hooker is one of the most primitive relict genera of Hamamediaceae which serves as a key family to understand the origin and early evolution of flowering plants. SSR primers were developed to investigate its genetic diversity and provide resources for future genetics conservation and systematic evolution studies.
