Research Data Supporting "Natural variation in Arabidopsis shoot branching plasticity in response to nitrate supply affects fitness"

This repository contains all data and analysis scripts used in this publication. There are three compressed folders (in .zip format). "data.zip" contains all the raw data files. The directory contains a README file, with a description of all the data files. "data_processed.zip" contains processed data files required to reproduce figures in the paper. As above, there is a README file, with a description of each file. "publication_deJong2019_Nplasticity-0.1.0.zip" contains the analysis scripts used for the analysis. These are also available from: https://github.com/tavareshugo/publication_deJong2019_Nplasticity. We advise that you get the latest version of the code from there. The README contains instructions of how the directory structure should be organised.
