This table provides insight into the extent of construction costs in the different phases of the construction process. The figures refer to buildings with a construction sum of 50 thousand euros or more. In the table, the total construction costs for buildings can be divided into non-new construction and new construction and the construction costs per construction phase, by the viewpoints of the type of client, type of building or province. The costs of new construction can be broken down according to the destination of the buildings. Data available from: January 1995 to December 2016.
