In this study, high-throughput sequencing was used to analyze the effects of polar and non-polar organic components of PM2.5 on gene expression profiles in human nasal fibroblasts. Overall design: Human nasal fibroblasts were treated with polar and non-polar organic components of PM2.5, and DMSO intervention was used as control. Gene expression profiles were analyzed by RNA-seq.
