We profiled the microbiome of salivary samples collected 6-11 years after allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation in patients enrolled in the multicenter Chronic Graft-versus-Host Disease Consortium who also participated in a long-term follow-up oral health study. We characterized an oral microbiota signature for oral chronic GVHD several years after transplantation.
