From Genotype to Intervention: Targeting Functional Variants in Homocysteine Metabolism

This dataset supports the manuscript “From Genotype to Intervention: Targeting Functional Variants in Homocysteine Metabolism.” It includes anonymized genotyping results from 132 individuals for eight SNPs in the MTHFR, MTR, MTRR, AHCY, and COMT genes, together with summary frequency tables. A second file provides the primer and probe information used for the rhAmp SNP Genotyping Assay. The data are anonymized and made available to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and validation of the findings reported in the manuscript.
