Dataset Direct Download Service (WFS): Protection of water bodies in mountain areas — PUY-DE-DÔME — 2014

Article L. 122-12 of the Urban Planning Code provides that 'Natural parts of the banks of natural or artificial water bodies with an area of less than one thousand hectares shall be protected for a distance of three hundred metres from the shoreline. All new constructions, installations and roads, as well as all extractions and scouring are prohibited.

However, the following may be authorised:
— buildings for agricultural, pastoral or forestry use;
— shelters and holiday cottages open to the public for walking and hiking;
— scientific installations if no other location is possible;
— the reception and safety equipment necessary for swimming or water sports and for the adaptation, rehabilitation or extension of existing buildings.

《城市规划法典》第L.122-12条规定：「面积不足一千公顷的天然或人工水体岸线的自然区段，应自岸线起划定三百米范围予以保护。在此范围内，禁止一切新建建筑、设施与道路建设，同时禁止所有采掘与疏浚作业。

然而，以下情形可获得许可：
— 用于农业、牧业或林业的建（构）筑物；
— 供公众徒步、登山使用的休憩场所与度假小屋；
— 无其他替代场地时所需的科学研究设施；
— 游泳或水上运动所需的接待与安全设施，以及既有建（构）筑物的改造、修复或扩建工程所需的相关设施。」
