Data sets of microglia isolated from C57BL/6 WT mice and animals harboring microglial IL10Ra and TNF mutations, at steady state or after peripheral LPS challenge (RNAseq) and WT microglia with and without peripheral LPS challenge (ATACseq)

To define the microglia response to septicemia, C57BL/6 WT mice and animals harboring microglial IL10Ra and TNF mutations were challenged with LPS and microglia were sorted for RNAseq analysis (WT, mutants) aor ATACseq (WT). Overall design: RNAseq and ATACseq were performed on microglia isolated by flow cytometry according the CD45 and CD11b expression from C57BL/6 WT mice, either untreated or at indicated times after peripheral LPS challenge
