HEART Metrics-Based User Experience Dataset of KUYY! Application

This dataset contains user responses collected from 160 active users of the KUYY! mobile application. The study evaluates the user experience of the app using the HEART metrics framework, which includes five dimensions: Happiness, Engagement, Adoption, Retention, and Task Success. Each dimension is assessed through a structured Likert-scale questionnaire, with additional open-ended feedback gathered to identify areas of improvement. The KUYY! app is a one-stop activity platform that integrates social features with physical and hobby-based activity discovery and participation. The dataset supports quantitative analysis of user satisfaction and qualitative feedback analysis.
