All Data for the paper "Physiological iron chelators pyrophosphate and citrate have different effects on the proportions of monoferric transferrin metalloforms"

This is a collection of all the data used in the publication "Physiological iron chelators pyrophosphate and citrate have different effects on the proportions of monoferric transferrin metalloforms." The MEKC reads were gathered at a rate of 4Hz on 20 cm effective length (30.2 cm total length) and 30 cm effective length (40.2 cm total length) capillaries as specified in the text. UV-Vis absorbance data was gathered at a rate of two times per second. Gels were scanned on a LiCor Odyssey CLx scanner. Sets with the same name are actually replicates, and numbers that have the following sequence ##-### are the notebook and page number of Shelby Harris which represents a different experiment on a different day (i.e. 03-144 is a different experiment from 03-145).Because I was unfamiliar with the software, this same data is published in multiple projects, with the other projects being more clear about what was going on. This folder does however include extra data, including iron quantitations as well as data workup.
