技術司110年度產業科技國際競合與創新治理計畫

本計畫考慮「數位經濟之轉型驅動」、「科技冷戰與區域再平衡形勢」、「新發展模式之全球競合」三大趨勢，循著「創新技術發展與產業化的相關政策議題研究」、「國際產業科技趨勢與創新生態系議題研究」二大主軸，規劃主要研究內容。本年度執行六個專題研究，部分專題可以發展成為研究基盤。專題研究成果搭配「機動幕僚與諮詢服務」，提供即時性與客製化的決策支援諮詢服務。兩者相輔相成，將可提供經濟部相關決策支援及政策建言，及強化經濟部決策之知識基礎。This project considers three major trends: the transformative drivers of the digital economy, the landscape of technological cold war and regional rebalancing, and global competition and cooperation under the new development paradigm. It plans its core research content along two major research axes: research on policy issues related to innovative technology development and industrialization, and research on international industrial technology trends and innovative ecosystem-related issues. This year, six thematic studies are being implemented, and some of them can be developed into research foundations. The outcomes of these thematic studies, combined with the "Flexible Advisory Staff and Consulting Services", will provide real-time and customized decision support consulting services. The two components complement each other, and will provide relevant decision support and policy recommendations for the Ministry of Economic Affairs, while strengthening the knowledge foundation for the Ministry's decision-making.
