This release contains: Atmospheric forcings from 1959 to 2022, including hourly air temperature (K), hourly precipitation (mm/h), hourly vapor pressure deficit (Pa), hourly surface pressure (Pa), and hourly relative humidity. These data are derived from the S2M reanalysis chain (SAFRAN–SURFEX, ISBA–Crocus–MEPRA) over the Bernadouze peatland, with a vertical resolution of 300 m on the Couserans massif. (forcings.csv) Mean spatial hourly water table depth (m) measured across the Bernadouze peatland from 2017 to 2022, using nine Orpheus Mini Water Level Loggers (OTT HydroMet, Germany). (WTD_mean_2017_2022_std.csv) Statistical GPP and ER models from Garisoain et al. (2024), calibrated notably from field flux chamber measurements collected between 2017 and 2022. (GPP/ER_model.csv) Hourly water table depth simulated from ISBA outputs between 1959 and 2022 for herbaceous, Sphagnum and mixed vegetation.
