we present a high-quality chromosome-level genome assembly for Chinese cherry 'Duiying'. The high-quality genome of 'Duiying' was obtained via Illumina, Pacific Biosciences (PacBio) high-fidelity (HiFi), and BioNano sequencing combined with 10× genomic and high-throughput/resolution chromosome conformation capture (Hi-C) technologies. The genome sequence of <i>P. pseudocerasus</i> 'Duiying' reported here will be a valuable resource for genetic studies and breeding programs in cherry plants, both for exploring the genome evolution of Rosaceae/<i> Prunus</i>, and the full use of its excellent trait gene resources.

本研究报道了中国樱桃‘对樱’(Duiying)的高质量染色体级基因组组装结果。本研究结合Illumina测序、太平洋生物科学(PacBio)高保真(HiFi)测序、BioNano测序,以及10×基因组学和高通量高分辨率染色体构象捕获(Hi-C)技术,成功获得了‘对樱’的高质量基因组序列。本研究所报道的中国樱桃(*Prunus pseudocerasus*)‘对樱’基因组序列,将成为樱桃属植物遗传研究与育种项目的宝贵资源,既可用于解析蔷薇科(Rosaceae)/李属(Prunus)的基因组演化规律,也可助力充分挖掘其优良性状相关的基因资源。
