Scattering imaging was performed through mouse brain slices under non-invasive conditions. A large number of different speckles can be obtained by changing the target coding mode, and the amount of information obtained can be changed by adjusting the different ways of speckle processing. The optimal object reconstruction can be obtained by using non-negative matrix decomposition algorithm and convolutional algorithm.
