Robust Lindbladian Estimation for Quantum Dynamics - Supporting Data

In this repository we provide data supporting the results presented in the manuscript "Robust Lindbladian Estimation for Quantum Dynamics". (Preprint https://arxiv.org/abs/2507.07912) The repository contains three .zip files relating to three separate sections of the manuscript. Each archive contains its own readme.md file describing the contents and file structures in detail. QPT_synthetic_data.zip contains synthetic Quantum Process Tomography (QPT) data and results relating to Section 4, "Synthetic Testing of Alternating Projections and Convex Solve". flip_flop_synthetic_data.zip contains synthetic gate set tomography data, with simulated state preparation and measurement errors, and numerical results relating to Section 5, "Synthetic Testing of Gate Set Flip-Flop". hardware_demonstration_data.zip contains data obtained from cloud-based IBM superconducting qubit devices, analysis and numerical results relating to Section 6, "Analysis of Tomographic Data from Superconducting Qubit Hardware".
