Data for: REBEn 2022-0721: Competências de Liderança do Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica

This is a quantitative, descriptive study involving 311 Nurse Specialists in Medical-Surgical Nursing, in a non-probabilistic convenience sample. Inclusion criteria were having the title of Specialist Nurse in Medical-Surgical Nursing as well as exercising the profession in Portuguese territory. Data were collected using a self-assessment questionnaire for the Portuguese population, based on Quinn's (1995) framework and on the instrument he developed. Its purpose is to answer the research question: What are the leadership skills of Specialist Nurses in Medical-Surgical Nursing?
