Supporting information for the study "A process-based modeling of soil organic matter physical properties for land surface models - Part 1: Soil mixture theory"

This repository contains all the Python scripts used to generate the figures in the article: “A process-based modeling of soil organic matter physical properties for land surface models – Part 1: Soil mixture theory”. The scripts data_eu.py and data_Gupta.py provide preprocessing routines for two key observational datasets: The dataset from Kristensen et al. (2019), available from the EU Soil Data Centre (ESDAC):https://esdac.jrc.ec.europa.eu/content/spade-14 The dataset from Gupta et al. (2020), available via Zenodo:https://zenodo.org/record/4541586 The repository also includes the raw data files: ARKHANGEL.DATA – from Arkhangel’skaya (2009) Keller.DATA – from Keller and Håkansson (2010)
