Proteomics data for UNAGI paper entitled "A deep generative model for deciphering cellular dynamics and in silico drug discovery in complex diseases." Thirty tissue blocks from IPF donors and 10 from control donors were employed. Protein expressions (LFQ intensities) for individual samples. LFQ intensities were log2 transformed and z-score normalized. ANOVA and Student’s T-test were performed to identify proteins that are differentially expressed in the IPF samples.
