NHLBI TOPMed: Phase III variation data. Homo sapiens

TOPMed project reports variation data aggregated across all participants from contributing studies which are part of NHLBI's Trans-Omics for Precision Medicine (TOPMed) Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) Project.The overall sample has approximately 50% non-European ancestry to reflect the diverse U.S. population.European: 50 percent,African: 30 percent,Hispanic/Latino: 10 percent,Asian: 8 percent,Other (including Pacific Islanders): 2 percent.Informatics Research Center (IRC) in University of Michigan harmonizes all the sequencing data (BAM files) from multiple participating sequencing centers and does joint variant discovery and genotype calling across the studies.
