Single-cell RNA-seq to profile a developmental time course of interneuron development, measuring the transcriptomes of progenitors during their maturation in the ganglionic eminences. Lhx6-GFP mice were used for E13.5 samples; for later stages, when cells have migrated out of the GEs, we used a Dlx6a-Cre; RCEloxP pan- GE fate mapping strategy to collect cortical interneurons at E18.5 and P10.
