Fourier-transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry (FT-ICR MS) data of dissolved organic matter (DOM) leached from deadwood and incubated with stream water.

Processed and quality checked FT-ICR MS data for original and incubated DOM from a surface water sample and a deadwood leachte. Sampling and measurement conditions are described in the companion paper (Kamjunke, Herzsprung, von Tümpling, Lechtenfeld). The data set contains the original (*all) and averaged (*final) samples. LC segment number (column: LC segment) as well as the retention time range (in min, Column: LC retention time) are indicated in the eval.summary.xxx files.
