Wagner et al - Dolichospermum Ionomics data and R code for analysis and figures

Culture experiment using Dolichospermum UTEX 1444 acclimated to different Nitrogen:Phosphorus (N:P) ratios for over 600 generations. To these acclimated populations, we grew them under an N:P supply gradient for 27 days. We measured cumulative biomass, N-fixation rates, N and P uptake rates, elemental stoichiometry (ionome), chlorophyll a, phycobilin pigment concentrations, and photosynthetic efficiency.
