Incidence and Risk Factors of Musculoskeletal Injuries in Recruits

This data is from prospective cohort study followed a group of newly enlisted Brazilian Army personnel, with initial assessments of body composition, muscular strength (1RM_strength), vertical jump performance (Vertical_jump), muscular endurance (plank_test), flexibility, balance, cardiorespiratory capacity (12-min-running) and previous physical activity levels and history of injury. The study involved comparing physical fitness components between groups with and without musculoskeletal injuries (MSIs) during eight-month period in miliary recruits from the Brazilian Army.
