Complete RP-HPLC and MALDI-TOF characterization data for collagen model peptides used in Persikov (2026)

This dataset contains complete RP-HPLC chromatograms and MALDI-TOF mass spectra for all 27 synthetic collagen model peptides used in the manuscript “Local sequence context determines the effect of glycine substitutions in collagen triple helices” by Anton V. Persikov, submitted to Biophysical Journal, manuscript BIOPHYSICAL-JOURNAL-D-26-00208. Peptides are presented in the same order as Table S1 of the Supplementary Material. The data support peptide identity and purity characterization for the biophysical analyses reported in the manuscript.
