Treatment of malignant pleural mesothelioma (MPM) cells with anti-CD26Ab inhibits tumor progression and phase I clinical application of anti-CD26Ab resulted in prolonged disease stabilization in patients with advanced/refractory MPM. In order to elucidate the molecular mechanism of anti-CD26Ab to inhibit MPM progression, microarray analysis was performed on anti-CD26Ab treated MPM cells.
