Chromatin-associated RNA-Seq of pre-B cell line B3 transduced with Ikaros (Ikaros-ERt2) or Myc (Myc-ERt2) or Ikaros+Myc or control vector (Empty). Overall design: Chromatin associated RNA from 4 or 2 biological replicates of B3 cells transduced with Ikaros, Myc, Ikaros+Myc were isolated 30, 60 and 180 min after induction with 4-OHT. Vector transduced B3 cells (ERt2-IRES-GFP) treated with 4-hydroxytamoxifen were used as controls.
