Koala lymph node transcriptomics. Retroviral invasion of the koala genome part II

This study performed de novo transcriptome generation, annotation of post mortem mandibular lymph nodes of wild koalas (Phascolarctos cinereus). Differential expression analysis was performed between two populations of koalas, one population in SE Queensland all of which were affected by koala retrovirus and one population in South Australia with a mixed koala retrovirus prevalence.
