资源简介:
This study utilized integrated transcriptomic and metabolomic approaches to investigate the mechanisms through which a selenium yeast-enriched aquaculture environment modulates hepatic antioxidant function in the hybrid culter ("Xianfeng No. 2"). Fish were maintained in water supplemented with selenium yeast for 21 days, after which liver tissues were subjected to multi-omics analysis. The results demonstrate that waterborne selenium upregulates key selenoproteins and antioxidant-related genes, shifts metabolic profiles, and involves the AMPK signaling pathway along with vitamin (retinol and B6) metabolic pathways. This dataset provides comprehensive transcriptomic and metabolomic resources as a reference for understanding the molecular basis of selenium-related antioxidant responses in fish liver, supporting further research on sustainable aquaculture and selenium-enriched fisheries.
