Average annual and seasonal Land Surface Temperature maps for the Peninsular Spain

This dataset includes average annual and seasonal land surface temperature (LST) maps for the peninsular Spain at 1.1 km of spatial resolution. We used the complete daily Advanced Very High Resolution Radiometer on board the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration satellites (NOAA/AVHRR) dataset covering the 1981-2015 period. LST has been retrieved using a split-window algorithm approach.
