This Zenodo entry contains data and code for "Low breeding propensity in a declining Arctic-breeding swan revealed by telemetry data". "comb_swans_clean_madebytheo.rds" contains the tracking data from MadebyTheo trackers (deployed 2016/17–2019/20)."comb_swans_clean_NiNa 1 contains.rds" contains the tracking data from Ornitela trackers (deployed 2020/21–2022/23)."catch_data_2017.rds" contains information on tagged birds, primarily their age, used to select adult birds (see Methods).All three can be opened directly into the R environment."Tal_breedingsuccess_metadata.json" contains metadata information of the .rds files. "MasterCode_TT_11092025.R" provides the script which can be run, once the data is loaded, to reproduce the results. "breeding_results_all.xlsx" presents the outcome of our breeding assessment, which can be reproduced by following the scriptand our workflow for assessing breeding attempts and nesting success (as detailed in the manuscript). --- "catch_data_2017.csv", "comb_swans_clean_madebytheo.csv" and "comb_swans_clean_NiNa.csv" are the .csv versions of the .rds files.These files are not needed to run the analysis (as the .rds files themselves are used in the scripts), but they are included to ensure long-term reproducibility across platforms. --- These data are currently under restricted access at Zenodo.
