We performed dsRNA-sequencing analysis to determine the genomic sequences of novel RNA mycoviruses infecting Neurospora intermedia. The mixture of dsRNA-enriched preparations derived from a strain of N. intermedia (FGSC #2559, H2121) was used for cDNA library construction and high-throughput sequencing analysis.
