Escherichia coli isolated from poultry farms in Nigeria

We aimed at establishing a portrait of AMR in E coli in terms of resistance and virulence in the Nigerian poultry industry and to evaluate the putative transmission of E. coli isolates from healthy chickens to poultry owners, and/or the environment.
