Properties of rhizosphere soil

This dataset contains rhizosphere soil data from a 15-year field infrared-warming experiment conducted in a winter wheat–summer soybean rotation system on the North China Plain. The study investigated how climate warming affects soil organic carbon (SOC) turnover in croplands, with a focus on the relative contributions of root-associated metabolites, microbial communities, and their interactions in controlling warming-driven SOC losses. The dataset includes measurements of rhizosphere SOC and soil physicochemical properties, enzyme activities.
