资源简介:

This document lists reported mushrooms observed in Alsace (France), alongside their IUCN status and the number of metabolites reported in literature. It is meant to serve as a quick information tool for natural product chemists wishing to study these organisms. This list was prepared from the published red list of endangered macromycetes of Alsace (2014). The taxon list was retrieved from the study, and all taxons levels beside "species" were removed. As significant phylogeny advances were made in 10 years, numerous mushrooms were reclassified as synonyms. The list was therefore updated using the GBIF's automatic website tools. When a synonym taxon was merged with another, the most critical IUCN status was kept. The number of compounds in each taxon was retrieved by querying the LOTUS database through the SPARQL query "what compounds are found in this taxon?" and counting the retrieved compounds. This query was automated through an R script, using an API of the taxonomic tree of life (TTL), and wikidata on which LOTUS is hosted. Briefly, for each species entry, the taxonomy was checked with the TTL, followed by a query of Wikidata to retrieve the number of known compounds in said species. Disclaimers: -LOTUS (doi:10.7554/eLife.70780), as all databases, is not exhaustive. Additional databases (e.g DNP, Natural product Atlas) could provide a broader picture but were not used in this analysis. -The definition of macromycete/mushroom ("a fungi producing a sporophore visible to the naked eye") is somewhat arbitrary and not embedded in the fungal taxonomy. The reader may therefore encounter in this list a taxon they would have classified as micromycetes.
