Datasets for state of knowledge of aquatic ecosystem and fisheries of Lakes Edward and George, East Africa

This record includes seven datasets on annual catch by taxa and waterbody, total catch by waterbody, catch composition which is the contribution (%) of taxa to total annual catches by water body, average weight of taxa in catch, number of boats and number of fishers, and sites sampled in selected studies in literature.
