Protein identifiers and segment boundaries of protein segments in the mitochondrion analysis.

Identifiers are UniProt IDs, boundaries use zero-based indexing and labels include “Annotated” (only includes protein segments that overlap with Mitochondrion Related cluster in the UMAP, Fig 6A) and “10” (corresponding to Leiden cluster number 10, labelled as “Mitochondrion Related” in cyan in Fig 6). These segments have not been corrected for over-segmentation, meaning there can be multiple segments from the same proteins (UniProt IDs are non-unique). (TSV)
