Research data supporting "Dynamics of Deterministically-Positioned Single-Bond SERS from DNA Origami Assembled in Plasmonic Nanogaps"

The experimental data were taken in the NanoPhotonics Group at the Cavendish Laboratory (University of Cambridge). The dataset is for the journal article, "Dynamics of Deterministically-Positioned Single-Bond SERS from DNA Origami Assembled in Plasmonic Nanogapsy". Zip folder containing the .txt files provides the data files for each sub-figure mentioned in the manusript. Each text files contain data with x and y values with clear labelling on the top row. Please refer to the main text for the units and labellings. In the case of 2D graphs, 1c, 1f, 2a and 3ab the .txt files have the 2D matrix data representing the values at each pixel. The x and y scaling of the matrix is provided in different .txt files with filene _scaling.txt For a description of the setup and data collection methods, see the "Methods" section of the manuscript and captions of the figures from the main text.
