metagenome of bacteria in turfgrass under disease conditions

In the golf course nearby Tokyo, some parts of the fairway was found recovery well after fungicide application for necrotic ringspot disease, but other part remain exhibiting diseases symptoms, which means recovery is slow. So, data was collected 2 successives years, for bacteria microbiomes analysis because we hypothesized that the problem may be the alteration of soil microbiome due to the pathogen inoculum. 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing was performed on DNA extracted from bulk soil, rhizosphere, and roots of turfgrasses showing different health statuses in 2022 and 2023, which appeared healthy or necrotic ringspot disease.
