Aspen leaf mining field spectroscopy, Alaska, AK NSF EPSCoR Fire and Ice, 2021-2023

This dataset contains field spectroscopy observations collected in Interior and Southcentral Alaska as part of the AK NSF EPSCoR Fire and Ice program. Leaf-level field spectra of healthy aspen leaves and leaves infested by the aspen leaf miner. The spectra were collected in July 2021 in Fairbanks using a a Spectral Evolution PSR_3500 hand-held field spectrometer, between 350-2500 nm wavelength, with the contact probe and are stored in the manufacturer's SED format, a human-readable ASCII file.
