Gene expression profiles of PGAM5-knockout brown adipose tissue

PGAM5 is a mitochondria-localized protein phosphatase. To analyze the effect on gene expression profiles by PGAM5 in iBAT, RNA-seq analysis was performed. Tissue samples were collected from 10-week-old male mice, and RNA samples derived from 3 (WT) or 4 (PGAM5 KO) individuals were analyzed.PGAM5是一种定位于线粒体的蛋白磷酸酶。为分析PGAM5对肩胛间棕色脂肪组织（interscapular brown adipose tissue, iBAT）中基因表达谱的影响，本研究开展了RNA测序（RNA-seq）分析。实验样品采集自10周龄的雄性小鼠，对来自3只野生型（wild type, WT）个体或4只PGAM5基因敲除（PGAM5 KO）个体的RNA样品进行了分析。
