Columns indicate the experiment condition, and rows indicate average values from single microcopy images of many cells in a region of the fly brain. Up to four regions were analyzed for each brain, as described in Fig 1. Values in Tables 1A and 2A are μm2, in Tables 1B and 2B are number of LDs per cell, and in Tables 1C and 2C are μm2 per cell. These data were used to determine averages and SEMs in Fig 3 and Tables 1 and 2.
