On the basis of the order of the Kharkiv mayor of vil 21.10.2021 "On Approval of the Regulations on Data Sets of Kharkiv City Council" the publication of open data sets of the information manager on the portal of open data of Kharkiv, which according to the Harvesting procedure is automatically placed on the Unified State Open Data Portal in the office of the manager "Kharkiv City Council".

依据哈尔科夫市市长2021年10月21日发布的《关于批准哈尔科夫市议会数据集管理规定》的政令，信息管理者的开放数据集将在哈尔科夫开放数据门户发布，且按照数据抓取（Harvesting）流程，自动同步至统一国家开放数据门户的"哈尔科夫市议会"管理者账户下。
