We uncover an enzymatic program that controls intracellular amyloidogenesis. FLAM-seq. analysis of purified Amyloid bodies identifies starRNA. FLAM-seq. of polyadenylated RNA purified nucleoli and Amyloid-bodies obtained from untreated or 60min heat shocked MCF-7 cells, respectively.
