LUMBER CUTTING FACILITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lumber cutting facility. SOLUTION: The lumber cutting facility comprises a cutting tank.A first rotary cavity is installed in the cutting tank. A first rotary shaft is rotatably engaged with and mounted between front and rear end walls of the first rotary cavity. A pressing cam and a first turbo positioned at a rear side of the pressing cam are fixedly installed on the first rotary shaft. A first slide groove is provided in an inner top wall of the first rotary cavity. A slide block is slidably mounted in the first slide groove. A first pressing spring fixedly connected to the slide block is installed in an inner top wall of the first slide groove. Thus， the facility of this invention has a simple structure， is highly automated， implements automatic transport and cutting same distance cutting operation for lumber， remarkably improves cutting efficiency and cutting effect. Further， the facility comprises a pressing function unlike a traditional cutting device， so as to remarkably improve safety of the cutting operation. SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

技术方案：本发明的木材切割设备包括切割槽。所述切割槽内开设有第一旋转腔。第一旋转轴可转动地配合安装于第一旋转腔的前后端壁之间，所述第一旋转轴上固定安装有压紧凸轮以及位于该压紧凸轮后侧的第一涡轮。所述第一旋转腔的内顶壁开设有第一滑动槽，滑块滑动安装于所述第一滑动槽内，所述第一滑动槽的内顶壁安装有与所述滑块固定相连的第一压紧弹簧。本发明的设备结构简洁、自动化程度高，可实现木材的自动输送与等距切割作业，显著提升了切割效率与切割效果。此外，相较于传统切割装置，本设备增设了压紧功能，可大幅提升切割作业的安全性。
