Employers CNRACL

The National Pension Fund for Local Government Employees (CNRACL) covers the risk of old age and invalidity of territorial and hospital officials. All local authorities contribute to the CNRACL as employers and all the holders of the territorial public service (FPT) and the hospital public service (FPH) are affiliated. Contributors work with employers grouped into different families: —State (State Public Fund — FPE): employers with national competence (ministries, national public institutions, etc.); — Local authorities (Territorial Public Fund-FPT): municipalities, departments, regions, EPCI, public institutions with local competence; — Hospital communities (Hospital Public Fund — FPH): hospitals, nursing homes, other health facilities; — Other employers: Epic or companies governed by private law (electric and gas industries, La Poste, public audiovisual, etc.), Pôle Emploi, Banque de France, OPH, GIP, directors, associations and foundations.
