Resolution of denationalisation cases in county courts – situation as at 31. 12. 2023

It is apparent from the tables submitted that there are 42 district courts (Ajdovščina, Brežice, Celje, Cerknica, Črnomelj, Domžale, Gornja Radgona, Grosuplje, Idrija, Ilirska Bistrica, Jesenice, Kamnik, Koper, Kočevje, Kranj, Krško Lenart, Lendava, Litija, Ljutomer, Maribor, Murska Sobota, Nova Gorica, Novo mesto, Ormož, Piran, Postojna, Ptuj, Sežana, Sevnica, Slovenska Bistrica, Slovenj Gradec, Slovenske Konjice, Šentjur, Škofja Loka, Šmarje pri Jelšah, Tolmin, Trbovlje, Trebnje, Velenje Vrhnika and Žalec) have already finally concluded by resolving claims under Article 5 of the ZDen. Only the District Court in Ljubljana (2) and the Radovljica District Court (1) still have pending cases. The proportion of cases finally closed in courts is 99.6 % in relation to all submitted denationalisation cases (minus assigned applications). According to the information provided to us by both courts, they had as at 31 December. 12. 2023, a total of 3 pending cases.
