SIMPER analyses of Brothers volcano taxonomic diversity

One-way SIMPER analyses of Brothers volcano taxonomic diversity inferred from normalized SILVA taxonomic data. Analyses comparing UC, LC, NWC-A, NWC-B+UCW, and diffuse flow samples at the order and class level are shown in SIMPER_analysis_order.txt and SIMPER_analysis_class.txt, respectively. Analyses treating UC, LC and NWC-A as a single group for comparison with NWC-B+UCW at the order and class level are shown in SIMPER_analysis_order_grouped.txt and SIMPER_analysis_class_grouped.txt, respectively. In instances where order or class level taxa were not assigned, higher level taxonomic classifications were utilized.
